The digital sports fan experience is highly fragmented and unsatisfactory for fans. Sports content is scattered across multiple apps, with no app unifying the key features fans want. Echo chambers, clickbait, polarising opinions and confirmation bias mean true fan consensus is unknown.
At JOSTL., we followed a lean approach that helped us test and iterate exponentially. This allowed us to test on live matches every week further improving the user experience. As the sole designer, I collaborated with a back-end developer and a front-end engineeer to implement a wide range of features, guiding projects from the planning phase to the final development.
JOSTL. provides an interactive, immersive experience where fans don't just watch — they participate. Seamlessly merging pre-match anticipation, live-game thrill, and post-match reflection. Turning every smartphone into an arena of debate, competition, and celebration that extends well beyond the final whistle.

Users compete against friends and other fans in real-time predictions, vote on live ratings and on-field events, and get the most immediate AI generated stats and insights.
Our custom fan metrics allow fans to directly compare their fandom against friends, fellow supporters, and rival fans around the world.
The goal? Prove their knowledge and climb the leaderboards to come out on top.
In this section, fans can personalize their profiles to showcase them to others. It's like having your dating profile, but instead of describing yourself, you highlight your favorite player, supported team, teams you dislike, top league predictions, and more. This feature encourages users to actively engage with the app by curating the perfect profile that reflects their passion for the game.
